Refund policy

Made to order

Every 3SQM towel is produced specifically for your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse. Because each towel is produced on demand to your order and is not held in stock, it is treated as a good made to your specifications. Please review your size and design carefully before completing your purchase — our size guide is on every product page.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not matching what you ordered, we will make it right. Contact us at contact@3sqm.eu within 14 days of delivery, including:

  • your order number,
  • a short description of the issue,
  • clear photographs of the product and, where relevant, the packaging.

Once your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • a replacement item,
  • a full refund to your original payment method,
  • another reasonable solution agreed with you.

Each claim is assessed individually. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method without undue delay, and within 14 days where you are a consumer in the EU, UK or Switzerland.

Non-returnable

Because they are made to order, the following cannot be returned or refunded except where faulty:

  • towels, in any size or design,
  • gift cards.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer-protection law of your country. In particular, consumers in the EU and UK benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (a minimum of two years for goods under EU Directive 2019/771 and the equivalent UK rules), and consumers in Switzerland benefit from the warranty for defects under the Swiss Code of Obligations. These statutory rights apply in addition to, and are not limited by, the voluntary process described above, and they determine your choice of remedy where the law so provides.
