Made to order

Every 3SQM towel is produced specifically for your order, in Europe. Standard production takes 5–7 business days; this is already included in the delivery estimate below.

Delivery — Switzerland

We currently ship to Switzerland. Standard shipping is CHF 12, and free on orders over CHF 100. Total delivery is around 7–10 business days (production included). You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order has shipped.

Your order ships from our maker in the European Union. Depending on the value of your order, Swiss import VAT (8.1%) and a small carrier clearance fee may be applied on delivery.

Other countries

We don’t ship outside Switzerland yet — more markets are coming soon. Contact us at contact@3sqm.eu if you’d like to be notified.

Returns

As every towel is produced specifically for your order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at contact@3sqm.eu within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
