Made to order

Every 3SQM towel is produced specifically for your order, in Europe. Standard production takes 5–7 business days; this is already included in the delivery estimates below.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Switzerland, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and the Philippines.

Shipping to the European Union, EEA and United Kingdom is temporarily unavailable.

Switzerland

Standard shipping costs CHF 12 and is free on orders of CHF 100 or more. Total delivery is approximately 7–10 business days, including production. Swiss import VAT and customs clearance are prepaid by 3SQM and included in your purchase. You will not be charged additional import fees on delivery.

United States

Standard shipping is free. Total delivery is approximately 10–14 business days, including production.

Other active destinations

For Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and the Philippines, standard shipping is charged at the USD equivalent of CHF 22 and is free above the USD equivalent of CHF 140. The exact USD amounts are shown at checkout and may vary with exchange rates. Total delivery is approximately 10–14 business days, including production.

Tracking

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs procedures or events outside our reasonable control.

Returns

As every towel is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at contact@3sqm.eu within 14 days of delivery. Depending on the situation, we will either cover reasonable return shipping costs or confirm that no return is required. Please do not send an item back until we provide instructions.
