1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the 3SQM website and the purchase of products offered through 3sqm.eu.

3SQM is the sole proprietorship (raison individuelle) of Mattia Cook under Swiss law, based in Villars-sur-Glâne, Fribourg, Switzerland. Contact: contact@3sqm.eu. Full operator details are set out in our Legal Notice (Impressum).

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The collection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Products

We make every effort to accurately display our products, colours, dimensions and specifications.

Due to differences in screen settings, printing processes and material characteristics, slight variations may occur between the images displayed on the website and the final product.

Such variations do not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the selected currency. Applicable taxes are included where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent by email. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order in the event of:

suspected fraud,
payment issues,
incorrect pricing or product information,
product availability errors.

5. Production & Shipping

All products are produced specifically for each order. Standard production time is generally 5–7 business days; total delivery estimates per destination are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures and carrier operations. 3SQM shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery. For consumers, risk passes when you (or a carrier you have appointed, other than one we offered) take physical possession of the goods.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because each product is produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide sufficient information, including photographs where applicable. 7. Legal guarantee of conformity

Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights. Consumers in the EU and UK benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (a minimum of two years for goods under EU Directive 2019/771 and the equivalent UK rules), and consumers in Switzerland benefit from the warranty for defects under the Swiss Code of Obligations. These rights apply in addition to the voluntary 14-day damaged-item process described above.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, graphics, images, photographs, videos, text, trademarks, logos and visual identities — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the property of 3SQM or its respective rights holders. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3SQM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or the purchase or use of products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury, for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or under mandatory consumer-protection law.

10. Privacy

The collection and processing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you acknowledge the practices described there.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Swiss courts.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
