Shipping & returns
Every towel is printed to order in Europe. Production takes 5–7 business days and is included in the estimates: 7–10 business days for Switzerland and 10–14 business days for the United States and our other active destinations. Swiss import VAT and customs clearance are prepaid and included. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Depending on the situation, we'll cover reasonable return shipping or confirm that no return is required.
