Every towel is printed to order in Europe. Production takes 5–7 business days, then your order ships. Total delivery: 7–10 business days within Europe and 10–14 business days for the US and the rest of the world (carrier and customs included). You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

As every towel is produced specifically for your order, we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
